After reading the first review, I figured I would write a couple of my thoughts on it and Giles Law.
Maria L., why would you be sending anything personal about yourself to someone without at least a copy of signed contract?
I find this to be less of a review and more so an attack on this firm for not accepting the case.
There are guidelines that need to be followed and I don't know any business that would actively put any time forth without set contractual agreements. If the reviewer's remarks are genuine, they'd have a good case for abandonment with it being easily verified through the SSI office with a simple call. Which again, is why I believe this to be an unfair review. With 30 reviews and half being 1 star ratings, either you have the worst luck with choosing a business or simply have unreal expectations and can never be pleased.
SSI cases drag, drag and then drag some more. Mr. Giles made that very clear in our original consultations. I had an appt. and signed contracts just a day after I had called them to review my case. Mr Giles, himself, is an exceptionally kind and genuine person. His staff is very capable and seems to be on top of everything. Although I believe the communication aspect could be better, they've done everything that I was told they would and what I've expected.
If you're still reading this, these guys are a pretty stand up law firm that seems to genuinely care about your situation, which is a rare thing now days. I would for sure recommend them . read more
