We've been using Gigi Clean (after a recommendation from a friend) since April 2018 and we couldn't be happier. Gigi and her crew are always on time (or early!) and always so pleasant and they clean like a well-oiled machine. We have 5 rescue pets which can make cleaning tricky, but they love our pets and are so gentle and patient with them. My husband has wanted to use a cleaning service for years so we can spend that extra time on weekends with each other instead of cleaning. However, I always said "no" because of all the horror stories I have heard from friends (horrible service after the initial visit, stolen items, etc.). Gigi and Fred are true professionals. They are prompt and courteous. They did an excellent job at the fair value. It's hard to find people these days that can compare in the home cleaning service to Gigi and Fred. Gigi Clean decided to help those in need. I was fortunate to hear of them. I have cancer (which causes fatigue). Gigi Clean hooked up with our community service to help. The two workers who arrived were sweet, polite, hardworking and good at cleaning the house. I tried offering a tip because I was also told they didn't get paid for their time but they refused stating this is what they wanted to do to give back. I get them again next month too.
