I see Dr. K annually and I love their office because not only do they remember you, but they keep their word on your appointment time. There is hardly a wait or lag in wait-time. Prompt is key for a yearly visit that most ladies dread. I have a less than stellar insurance policy and I was shocked that this facility, only a mile from my doorstep, is one of the few to accept my insurance. What a pleasure to not need to drive fifty miles away to have someone tend to my sick son or fix a boo-boo.

Matching your therapy needs to a precise well schooled seasoned physical therapist for those needs is one of your crucial and critical choices. I live across the street from Southwest General. Hospital and I could walk there, but I chose to go all the way out to Hinckley and get my therapy with Dr. Trish Strazar. It has been my experience at two other locations that any old physical therapist will do and thats just not true because every time both of those places changed my therapist for one reason or another that replacement didnt have a clue where I was -where we left off -what I was being seen for and how far along my therapy was. For this current session of physical therapy, it is extremely important for me to stay with the location in Hinckley and with Dr. Trish because she knows me, she remembers from week to week or appointment or appointment where we left off, what I need to do and what she needs to change/add/remove. For me any old physical therapist will not do because they're not all, "all that". Staying with the same therapist from start to finish makes sense and healing works better that way. I'm very happy with the Hinckley operation the front desk, the staff on the phone, the treatment I get and especially and specifically with Dr. Trish Strazar. She is actually watching everything I do, listening to all my feedback, correcting things each week changing things every week and I've seen some improvement as of today which I did not see with the other location in 2025. All of your locations could learn from how the Hinckley Office of your hospital is doing things. They could be the training office for others, they are that good

Here we are 1 year later and same issues, I have seen him 3 times so far and I can tell we are on the same path as last year, a couple more sessions and I should be good to go, can't wait to try the massage therapists, overall great place.
