Had a chair break from a very expensive set I purchased and she would not assist me or work with me to resolve the issue. Instead she kicked me out of her store and even threatened to call the police on me. This was AFTER she previously advised me to bring back the furniture and she said she was going to refund me fully. She apparently went back on her word and after my husband and I loaded it all up and brought it in as she requested she charged at me yelling in my face to leave her store and that she was not going to do anything for me. I did not understand what had changed within 24 hrs of her telling me to bring it all back in. I was a repeat customer of hers so thought that was not a very smart business move on her part. She was just awful and her poor employee had to stand there and witness all her craziness. I would not recommend this store or any of her stores for that matter. She does not deserve your hard earned money and treats and will never get another dime of mine. Horrible experience!!!! Never have encountered a business owner so awful. Buyers beware!!!!

My mom purchased two plants for herself as well and she was told how to care for them by Cary.
