I've only found one front office person that is not rude and knows what she is doing. They do not return phone calls about scheduling or rescheduling appointments, which forces a person to just show up as a walk-in and wait to be seen or make an appointment in person. This is needlessly time consuming, unprofessional and inconvenient. If the referral process wasn't so annoyingly complicated, I would have found a better place already.

I would go off on another discussion of cultural appreciation that we could use in America, but will save that for our in person talk. You don't even have to be smart to attend this center, so I fit right in. No tests... did you hear me? No tests. I expect a bunch of people to start coming here so come learn with me and others and beat the rush. The fastest growing demographic in America speaks Spanish, I think that you can figure it out from there as to how you could benefit. Young, old, smart and dumb are all accepted here and dont be intimidated when you come, no one is as bad with languages as I am.
