Hand an issue with a meter maid that seems to be targeting our cars everytime we goto the groomer. Claims she just happened to be in the area everytime. Town locals say she hangs in this barber shop waiting for people to come out. Tall skinny like a pole barber came out and started making threats to back off her as we were disputing the ticket. Kid is maybe 6'2 160 soaking wet. Extremely unprofessional. It's clear to me why they only have a 2 star rating on Google and yelp. Probably not in his best interest to go around threatening veterans. Hes probably never even left this town Eventually he smartened up and crawled back into his hole. Would not of worked out well for him had he put his hands on me. Turns out article in paper about meter maid and her tactics. Is it typical in of a government official in Warwick to sit in a private business all day gossiping and just issuing parking tickets and preying on out of towers who are there to spend money on the local businesses the very second they step out of their car. Not even 25 seconds to go get change for the handicapped meter. Is it typical for a barber shop employee to come out of a private business and become agressive and harass a disabled veteran because he is disputing a parking ticket? Seems to me like there's some kinda corruption going on. Funny? None of the barbershop patrons were being ticketed even though some of them were parked on the hash marks (What she ticketed me for the last time".....I'd avoid this shop like the plague. I was in a pinch to get my son's hair cut when I walked into gifted hands. We were taken right away. The Barber was very friendly & cut my son's hair the way I explained to him. Took one hour to cut my hair and it was the worst cut I ever paid for. Had someone at my office ask what happened to my hair. Had to cut further that night to fix it. Barber had the nerve to criticize my previous cut based on how my hair grew in. All that and the base cut cost $22. read more

So I walk into the barber shop. I am the first customer of the day. No one else is in the place except me and the barber. I asked for a haircut and she tells me "someone is coming in 5-10 minutes for a haircut, so you can have a seat and wait for them to get here and then after I cut their hair I can cut yours next." Are you kidding me? I'm a guy that needs a very basic cut. My cut will probably take 10-15 mins at the max... And I'm expected to wait for a person that's not even there yet to arrive and then wait for their haircut to finish? BAD BUSINESS!!! read more

Just went today in the early morning before they opened because I wanted to get my cut done before I had to go to work. They are known for their extremely long waits. The other day I went in and was told the wait was 3.5 hours... So today I go in, supposed to open at 9, and waited for 30 minutes and no one showed up. Let me start off by saying I only gave 1 star because its the the minimum amount allowed. After 30 years of barber shop experience, I thought I have seen it all. However to my my amazement I found this place. Went for a haircut last minute of course, so I cheated on my regular shop(1st mistake). Now hoping to be in and out, I went to the closest place and was pleased to find the chairs rather empty. With only 1 in the chair and 1 in front of me, I anxiously waited to be next. The customer in the chair was soon done after 45mins of my arrival. WOW!! But whatever. Next guy up. I'm next. (So I think) then 2 more customers arrive take their seats and shortly after another barber. With excitement I wait thinking awesome my turn. As the new barber sets up the guy sitting next to me gets in the chair like I wasn't sitting there for well over an hour already. Extremely pissed, I keep quiet and patiently wait. Now that its been 2 hours of waiting and only 2 haircuts complete its finally my turn! DEAD ASS WRONG. !!!!! LAST GUY THAT WALKED IN NOW JUMPED MY SPOT AGAIN. At this point I was told nothing and was extremely mad. I waited to finally get my turn and when I did I asked the barber, why did both those guys cut me? His response was, they called ahead. Really? im the kind of person who hates getting haircuts. Im never pleased with how they turn out. but having just got my haircut here today I can say I will continue coming here, they gave me the best haircut Ive personally gotten. I only had him do the sides, even just doing that he took his time and ended with a nice edge up with a blade. very pleased. read more

I walked in 20 minutes before closing due to the other one down the road being packed and locking the door 30m early. The place was empty and a barber was lounging on a chair on his phone. He got up looked at me and the clock and I already knew it was going to be a tough one. He complained for the next 5 minutes on how thick my hair was and didn't end up using scissors on it once. He put product in my hair to hide the mess up top. Ended up getting the top recut the next day at the other shop. read more

Went to the Warwick location on Main Street. I asked to have my hair trimmed and cleaned up. Before I realized what had happened the barber had shaved the back halfway up my head. He put a lot of product in my hair and never touched the top with scissors. When I complained I was told by a female worker that I should not be rude. Obvious to me now why they were empty on a Saturday afternoon and the other barber in town was packed. Negative attitude by staff and clearly not in tune to customers requests. Started off as a great barbershop. Friendly and accommodating staff. One year later after the place has settled in, it is going down hill. I made an appointment in the morning and the guy didnt even show up! This is after I went in the night before and was told "It will be 1 1/2 hour wait, if you want I'm here tomorrow morning". Wont be wasting my time going back and forth to a place that doesn't seem to care about the clientele they built up anymore. read more
