Gant McCloud is not only a highly credentialed estate planning attorney, he is also diligent,…read moreresponsive, and kind, and we couldn't be happier to see him starting his own law practice. Gant worked with us for over two years to rewrite two family trusts for a mentally ill family member that had originally been written in Massachusetts. He was extraordinarily patient and supportive as we asked many (many, many) detailed questions and micro-managed the entire rewrite through many (many, many) iterations as we repeatedly changed our minds along the way. About halfway through the process, the grantor was rushed to the hospital and his prognosis was uncertain. Gant pulled out all the stops to incorporate numerous pending changes and rushed to the hospital the next afternoon to execute the trusts. We cannot thank him enough for seeing us through and we highly commend him , most especially to anyone in need of expertise for complex estate planning.

I sought out Marc for assistance with my elderly parents over 1.5 years ago. He met both me and my…read moreparents and was very personable, knowledgeable and thoughtful. My father is a navy veteran and so is Marc. They really hit it off talking about their service to our country and I really appreciated that he took the time to talk with my dad about their time in the navy and not just our legal needs. Marc listened carefully, asked good questions along the way and accomplished for us what we were looking to accomplish. His original and ongoing work has been key for my brother and me to help our parents. I have tapped him twice for legal advice on amendments for the revocable trust he set up for our parents and he expertly took care of our legal needs for us. I highly recommend Marc to anyone in need of legal advice and assistance. His fees for his services are very reasonable as well. Aside from highly recommending him on this site, I would also suggest you look on the professional review site "Birdeye" for a larger and more comprehensive/representative set of reviews than Yelp has to offer. https://reviews.birdeye.com/marc-j-soss-esquire-374537088
