The experience otherwise was great. At checkout there was a co pay of $50 a child which we through was odd. But ok. In 40 years of insurance I have never heard of someone paying for a teeth cleaning. But ok. We left. Weeks later we received a bill for the remaining balance due for each child. It appears that this dentistry is not in network for any insurance company, and charges above and beyond what a normal cleaning would cost and be covered, resulting in the inevitability of the client paying for a cleaning. I expressed that I was told they would be covered. The lady on the phone said yes we could have mistaken that I am sorry, and I said ok well should I talk to someone or leave it alone as I am not paying for what I was told was covered. She said I guess don't pay. So that is where they have left it. I am hoping to hear from them so that I can end this review on a positive note.
