Although this farm doesn't sell what I'm looking for (buckwheat honey), the closest thing to it was a dark honey called knotweed. This is sold in five gallon buckets (approximately 60 pounds) for $215. They also sell a lighter wildflower honey, both in buckets and in glass jars; the jars can be found at local markets. Due to the risk of stinging, no sales are made on site: From the parking lot, I could see a few of their 3,500 hives.
