On Friday morning, January 26, 2024, I was awoken in shock…read more Not only being ill the past week, Eau Claire Tree Service was in my neighbor's backyard with a huge bucket truck removing two of my neighbor's trees on my street. After that, they backed up into my yard to take down another large tree and trim all the trees of the neighbor on Monarch Ct. I called Eau Claire Tree Service and spoke with the owner, Rick Olson. He said my neighbors should have informed me. Apparently, they had a bid done last October. I knew nothing about the bid and was not asked for permission to enter my yard with that huge truck. Furthermore, I do not have any trees on my property. I have messaged all neighbors involved last evening and spoke with Rick Olson again today. The tree company or my neighbors have not taken any responsibility on this matter. It is a terrible way to run a business. I want to make people aware that you cannot always trust your neighbors. I really should have called the police. It was trespassing on my property.

I contacted McCoy and he provided me an estimate within a day. The price was reasonable and I agreed to not only have the tree taken down, but also to have it removed from the property.
