Horrible in handing chronic conditions or finding the root cause of my symptoms. I would not…read moresuggest them for the elderly population or serious health concerns. I have never felt so dismissed and not advocated for whatsoever. They deemed me a " difficult patient" . I found a new Dr in Spokane. They knew immediately I have POTS. They actually read my cardiac monitor showing all the high heart rates and 12% Ventricular palpitations. My new Dr actually investigated and researched to find me true help. They validated me UNLIKE this place. They also MIDREAD my chest xray. It ended up I had pneumonia discovered finally by a new pulmonogist. I suffered greatly with breathing until I did get into the pulmonogist. STAY AWAY and get to Spokane if you really need help!

During my consultation, complex issues, such as hormonal imbalances, thyroid function, and the unique challenges many women face in managing their weight were largely dismissed. The advice given was strictly focused on calorie counting and weightlifting, with little acknowledgment of the broader physiological and emotional factors at play. Patients looking for a more compassionate and gender-informed approach to weight management may want to consult other providers. The clinic as a whole changes providers frequently, which I find annoying. I never know who I'm going to see when I get to the appointment. And, the front desk in constantly in a state of training new people. I will be finding a new provider and not returning.
