The larger company had an older gentleman who said he could fix it. Instead I just got excuses after 3 tries. I called a local guy who has been in the business for a long time. He was a pleasure to work with but he couldn't seem to fix the problem despite several attempts. After a year and 12-15 service calls nothing worked. I called on Wednesday, they came Friday morning. By 2PM my 1 year issue with my hot water and boiler were fixed. I waited a week to make sure everything worked. Finally someone got the job done. Almost forgot what it was like to have hot water for longer that 5 minutes.
