Hidden up in the hills around Fiesole, this is a great family or friend day out and I would recommend it to those of all ages. We did the "tree experience" where you basically choose out of three courses to do in the Forrest. Someone who worked there helped us with the harnesses and showed us what we would be doing using a "practice track" which was very helpful. After that we could choose which level we wanted to do. Three of us ended up going the intermediate ( about 7 meters from the ground) while one of us did the easy course ( 5 meters up). We walked on shaky logs, rope, netting, and even zip-lined a few times. We felt very safe and comfortable and yet it was really good exercise and really fun. It's basically up to you to challenge your fears. The only downside is that I wish we would have had gloves as the ropes can be tough on your hands. Next time I will ask. We also brought our own picnic to eat at the table they have around the course. The courses themselves take about 40 min to an hour depending on whichever you choose. The hard one ( 9 meters off the ground ) is a lot shorter than the other options. Prices are about 18 euros for an adult for the first course and half off any additional trips. Kids are 10 euros for 4 hours. Our groupon allowed us two of us to go for the price of one. I had never done anything like it before and everyone enjoyed it, even the one person scared of heights. Also being that it was 35+ degrees (celsius) outside we felt perfectly fine in the woods. Make sure to wear proper shoes & jeans or exercise pants. Ask for gloves if you don't want your hands to be rubbed slightly raw, most of all have FUN and face your fears.

It was €6 for my daughter after signing up for their savings card, adults accompanying children do not pay. There were several different areas set up with inflatable slides, jungle gyms, small climbing wall, area for smaller children and another arcade area. There were 4 different birthday parties being held at the time and the place was crowded with children and adults, but we didn't have any problem waiting to play with all the areas. They also have a pizza restaurant inside which we did not get to try, but nice to know if you or your little one gets hungry. A great place to take kids during rainy, winter days.

There's something for everyone at this fun amusement park. We LOVED Mirabilandia! We actually…read moreenjoyed it more than the amusement parks we have visited in the United States because the size of it isn't overwhelming and it has a variety of rides so there was something for everyone in our group. All of the park staff with whom we came into contact were friendly and professional. The park (including bathrooms) was very clean. We paid extra for Flash Pass which enabled us to skip the lines. We went to Mirabilandia as a day trip from Ravenna; I would recommend this rather than treating the park as a main holiday destination. Also, bring cash...you can pay for tickets with credit/debit cards but most concession stands for food and drinks only accept cash. Gluten free pizza is available.
Awesomeness, if not for the long lines…read more Easy to find, ample parking space, great rides, best ice cream in the world (Italians know a thing or two when it comes to making their gelato), and of course - iSpeed! Totally impressed. Almost broke my neck - acceleration 0-100km/h in 2,2sec! Admission to the park was somewhat pricey but that stopped hurting as soon as I sat on the first rollercoaster. Mirabilandia delivers even on a rainy day - tried and tested. If you enjoy an adrenaline rush at all, there's no way you can go wrong spending a day at Mirabilandia.
