I was at the Y and stopped in because it is right across the way. I picked up a few things such as…read morebread and milk. I always bought the Organic Grass fed milk at the other Weis I go to. I also always check the date. This was good for two weeks. Great. I got home and opened it the next day [the day before Easter] milk was spoiled. The manager offered me another when I notified the mangement. When I showed up for my milk, he hadn't bothered to leave a message that I should have a free milk. So I said "That's ok" Walked out and have NEVER gone back. Giant is right up on the hill and their milk stays good for a month. I'm not wasting my time or money with this store.

Some things are, -- startlingly so. some are not. Selection is limited, but they tell you that upfront. BYOB: Bring your own bags. Not a problem if you shop at their sister ship, Trader Joe's which has nice paper bags with handles everyone keeps and reuses. If you need a motorized shopping cart, they may eventually have one or two. Their regular carts are Costco-huge and you are supposed to leave a deposit, 25 cents which they return. I found one lying around in the parking lot. This is the first building in a monster multi-use project on North Atherton. Access is easy. So far. It's not a place I'd frequent. The low price comeon is offset by poor selection, so-so produce, cleaning products available only in small sizes. On the bright side... checkout is fast and easy.

As with the other Dollar Tree I reviewed, this one has decent items, cheap. All things apply…read more But this store seems to have a better selection of cooking spices and food items. Things you don't mind buying from a dollar store like crackers or snacks for the kids. I have run into the occasional so-so cashier, here. But I understand. So this place is also in a good location between Kmart and the Giant grocery store. So after overspending on retail and the misery of grocery shopping, you can go buy some really cool cheaply made sweat shop items. How cool is that?
