I've been going to Safrans since I was wet in the third grade. It's a great market. They have everything i need and I know all the workers by their first names. They're kind they're considerate they will go out of your way to help you. I remember one time they had hired a new person. It was a younger person, but they were not very kind. That person didn't last verylong. Safran's has a great way of hiring people that are really kind human beings and they stay with the company for a long time which I love and tells me that the management is fabulous which they are!!

My husband and I shopped here one time. When we entered the store, I felt happy to see an old-time The Chicken Machine that still cost only $0.25 to use. The store's shelves were full stocked, and the foods appeared to be a very good quality. I found all of the essential foods plus some of my favorite treats such as sour-cream potato chips. I paid close attention to the prices. The prices overall seemed reasonable, although I have seen lower prices for some products such as sodas at some other retailers. As for the employees' service, perhaps they could more frequently greet customers.

He's definitely a character, I will enjoy visiting with him in his shop again and again. Good prices, friendly staff and owners, some of the hidden areas are worth a look. Bring a small flash light. Reminded me of stores I experienced in Asia, all business up front, deals in the far edges. "Uncle" made us feel so welcome and wanted to talk about the history of the store, and his life here in the States. I love this place soo much. Will you find a deal? Most likely. Very welcoming shop. Amazing produce, and frozen section. They have vintage sneakers in the back. Don't miss it! So much fun on a rainy day! If you close your eyes, you'll be hard pressed to feel you are still in the US. Very clean around the food areas, although the "hidden" spaces were a bit dusty with pristine products. Please note that the owner will not budge on listed prices, however...look around and you may find the same item at a much more approachable price.

The store is also sort of depressing in a way that it's hard to explain without being there yourself. That said, I only knocked off one star for that because the rest of the items they carry (dry goods, snacks, frozen, and a small selection of prepared foods) were well stocked, VERY reasonably priced, and the household items they have (it's understandably "hit and miss" with what they will have in stock at any given time) are crazy inexpensive and amazing deals. They had a huge flip top/step on Kitchen trash bin which you'd normally pay $70 to $120 for (based on my research and shopping around) for $19.99!!!! I'm sad to say I didn't grab one at the time but planned to go back the following day when I have more space in my car. Sadly they were completely sold out when I went back (it was my own fault!). All that to say, as long as you know what to expect at Aldi and what kind of things you should shop for there, this is a great place to shop

Two simple checkouts by the front door, three aisles of your common needs, a butcher counter that stretches the length of the store, and employees that enjoy engaging in conversation!! But don't get me wrong.. the store is still relevant for today. New equipment for freezers and produce, clear expansion into the next storefront down, and simple grab and go options ready and hot. With no fast food options for this side of the community, the market provides lunch options and delicious single serve dessert options too. I grabbed the: Chicken Bacon Hoagie - the thick cut chicken definitely indicate that this was a fresh deli sub and the gooey cheese could only be accomplished by fresh sliced too. Add on the crispy bacon and soft bun - this hoagie was quality and well priced Dirt Pudding - I'm a sucker for a dessert and what better than a single serving of a fresh made goodie. The balance of sweetness was spot on with a great crunch layer on the top and bottom of Oreo.
