I actually ended up canceling their service and I sold the furniture privately. During a time following a death the last thing you want is a hassle and dealing with this company was a major letdown. One item they said they would not take it because it had a minor damage (understandable). They are not obligated to take it. Maybe they have too much in their warehouse of a certain item so they will decline yours. But I am thankful they took most of my items but like I said, they were like new condition. You call them to schedule a pickup. It's usually a few weeks in advance so it's not next day. When the day comes they were very punctual and did arrive. They have a very large truck. They came with 3 guys able to carry things like a large sofa or dresser.

Parking was easy to get on a Sat., We walked in and were greeted by 2 friendly people. Janice, was nice and thanked us for coming in. There are some really good buys in this store. Unlike other thrift stores, the merchandise is handpicked and purchased by Janice and resold for a little profit. She is not a donation only store. I appreciated that aspect of her business and immediately felt inclined to transact with her in the future. My grandsons purchased about 5 items and were so proud of their finds. We will be back. I saw some Ace Ventura, Baby Yoda and tons of things from the 80's. Neat Thrift Store was clean and well organized. It's easy to navigate and there are some great things to be found here! The books are such a great value! Some of the books were $1 and others were $2! That's so cheap! We found a Lord of The Rings book for $1. That's wild! Shoes are 25% off on Wednesdays! The VHS are more expensive than any other thrift store I've ever been to. VHS are $2 (I bought 9 titles on this day) but Disney VHS are $5 lol. And they have a special where the Disney VHS are 3 for $13. Good grief. Yes, the most common tapes in the USA are here for premium prices. Service was really nice, though.
