I scheduled an appointment with GH Pools in Laredo, Texas, to have my pool serviced. Two GH pool employees arrived and began the cleaning process; however, they claimed they needed to let the chemicals sit and would return to finish the job another day. I would've been fine with that, BUT THEY NEVER RETURNED TO FINISH THE JOB! To make matters worse, I then received an outrageous bill from GH Pools for work that was never completed. I left several messages with a representative, Lily, requesting to speak to Elsa or anyone in management. After several unreturned phone calls, I called one final time and spoke to GH Pools representative, David, who claimed Supervisors were unavailable to take my call. He then went on to tell me I was justly billed, and did nothing to remediate the issue. I am extremely disappointed with GH Pools' customer service, and would not recommend their business to any of my friends or family. Don't waste your time with GH Pools. read more
