When we had hail and wind damage to our home, Sanchez Construction was amazing. Not only did they complete the work in a timely manner, but they called afterward to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with the work. There was a little trash left around the yard and when we told them there were a few roofing nails left, they came back and cleaned up all the extra nails. This was important to my wife since we have babies and small children. The work was excellently done. They had quite a few options, colors, and styles to choose from and were very patient with us while we chose. If you're looking for a construction company that is fair, and does an excellent job, this is the company. They won't take advantage of you and they stand by their work. Easy 5 star recommendation. read more

He claimed to have fixed the roof, but the next time it rained, it started to leak again. There was supposedly a 2 year warranty. IT WAS A PAIN AND A BIG HASSLE to get Joel to come out the 2nd time to fix the leak. I would need to constantly call his office only to get brushed away. My roof leaked AGAIN in a different area the next time it rained. I had to call constantly over a week before he even showed up. Right now, the issue is still yet to be resolved. I would NOT recommend Joel Ortegon Roofing. STAY AWAY! The quality of work is very poor, and you will have trouble getting him to come back. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Mr. Ortegon worked on our roof and he did a great job. I do recommend him highly.read more

I asked him to call about 630 to confirm and he never called much less show-up. I don't know what kinda customer service training is required on HVAC certifications, but the most frustrating thing to do to a possible future customer is to, say your gonna call them, have him wait, and not even answer the phone. I seriously gottta reach out to this guys instructor and let him know about the customer service he's providing when people need him the most. How much could it cost, to say, sorry i'm very busy, I had an emergency, no prob, but with all the technology, you can't even send a text!
