I stated that, and also that I needed a yarn for a very simple project. I was given a tour of the space's holdings, asked to touch a whole bunch of different textiles, and sent away with exactly what I needed. Level of attention: "serious buyer potential," even though I made it clear that I didn't know what I was doing. Cost of getting what I needed for my tiny project (thanks to the good advising provided - I was going to spend substantially more) : a little under $7.50. Odds of coming back for more yarn and an unplanned-for support network for a new hobby and craft: 98%. This feels like a potential third space for a lot of people who like to make things or wish to learn, and I think I want in.

Their staff does a nice job working with us to ensure our needs are always met. They do their best with special requests, and always get our orders completed quickly. They do screen printing and embroidery on t-shirts, polo shirts, hats, jackets, coats, etc. Lots of choices to be had and there are samples on site for many of those items.
