John delivered an absolute sub par product. I mean facts are facts period. I could have bought the material myself from Thailand for ten bucks, shipped it here for 50 dollars and hired my own sweat shop workers for 5 dollars and hour and made a thousand suits that would have been better quality then this guaranteed suit from hell. We learned that Sydney's is proudly Canadian, where most items sold in shop are Canadian made. The merchandising in the store is perfect - well laid out, not overwhelming with excessive bells and whistles with an old antique feel. Professionalism is usually top on my list when I walk into a high-end store and this shop exceeded my expectations. The staff were not only exceptionally knowledgable about their products, but they were all friendly and happy to help without at all feeling pushy which is a rare combination. And to top it off, we got to meet the owner in house. You could tell immediately that Sydney is down-to-earth and takes pride in his brand and wants his clients to leave happy and well dressed.
