It was idling really rough and sounded like sputtering (well, more like a motorcycle) which wasn't good- and I could smell gasoline. My check engine light was also blinking. I did a little research online and figured it was probably the spark plugs or wires. I can't say Eastview is the most organized place ever (I had to call out both times for someone to come to the counter), but they're pretty efficient and non-scammy. I brought my car in at 8am, they called at noon to tell me that it was the wires that needed replacing. It was ready by 2:15pm. They didn't over-charge me for the wires (I compared with similar parts online). In the end the damage was $261, so not horrible. But the prices also mean you're not going to get dealership-like amenities like drop-off/pick up service. But for me a $9+ cab ride each way is probably still cheaper than dealership rates.

I love that you get a free cup of coffee every time you put gas. As for car repairs and service, this my place for las 6yrs. The guys are great. Very friendly and funny. Every time I come here I'm treated well and I've never felt like I'm being ripped off. Quite the opposite, I've gotten quotes elsewhere for comparison and their prices are still best. As a valued long standing customer they have also given me discount on services, parts and tires. I highly recommend them

I thought that's a little high, I'll check with my old mechanic and see what they think. My old mechanic tells me that while that part came up in the diagnostic, sometimes the light gets triggered from needing an oil change. My 5k miles wasn't up yet but he said it was getting there, I'll change that for you, drive on it and see if it goes away. Problem solved! So tell me why these guys here, after also checking the oil, went straight to the expensive option? And the kicker, the manager charged me $40 to plug in the little diagnostic tool. I've never been charged for that elsewhere, and $40 to plug something in for 5 seconds and read it? Ridiculous. These guys just want your money, go elsewhere if you like having it.
