Due to the nature of the set up, Dennis even offered to stop by so he was better prepared for the day of the event. Day of the event Dennis arrived half hour early. He was very organized and methodical in setting up the bar, preparing garnishes, and etc. In complying with our request, Dennis wore a red vest. For the next 4 hours Dennis mixed and served drinks to 25 - 30 guests. His demeanor towards the guests was cordial and welcoming. The event was our annual Christmas party with surprise wedding. Dennis helped us deliver the surprise flawlessly. He even brought out the wedding cake and served Champagne with impeccable timing. We couldn't have asked for a better team player! In the end, he left the bar area clean and even managed to wash much of the stemware. We host 2-3 large events annually. In future, Dennis will be at all our events.
