I agreed to drop the car off there and they would call me when fixed because the part had to be ordered This place is a little weird to get to if coming from I-81 but they have good signage to follow and the GPS is right. There is good parking. The staff were helpful and my hitch got fixed for the quoted price. Everything was very smooth and the logistics & price were very good for the quality & convenience of service. A crew of 3 loaded the truck, & with our house having 3 levels I was glad the movers were young and strong guys. On the receiving end they had 2 movers to unload, but it was much easier in Florida with a 1 level home. All in all they were professional & efficient.
