They left two large oil drip areas from the truck itself and the pump engine On our paved driveway. Each spot was 1-2 feet in diameter. Phoned to complain and was told I could speak with a supervisor. Left a voice mail. Haven't heard anything since then. We will not use them again.

I know almost nothing about the wiring and the terminology of hitches I called this place and explained it to them and they were very helpful. I agreed to drop the car off there and they would call me when fixed because the part had to be ordered This place is a little weird to get to if coming from I-81 but they have good signage to follow and the GPS is right. There is good parking. The staff were helpful and my hitch got fixed for the quoted price. I would give 5 stars but they were supposed to call me when it was fixed and after 7 days, I called them and they were like... oh yea it is fixed, you can come get it. I would definitely use again if needed

Everything was very smooth and the logistics & price were very good for the quality & convenience of service. A crew of 3 loaded the truck, & with our house having 3 levels I was glad the movers were young and strong guys. On the receiving end they had 2 movers to unload, but it was much easier in Florida with a 1 level home. All in all they were professional & efficient.
