Lots of machines , free weights, and equipment readily available. The locker rooms and showers are kept neat and clean. The staff is worth mentioning as well. Very friendly and welcoming. Do wish they had a pool but the sauna is option is nice. I think they offer childcare as well. And as their membership grows, looks like they'll hosting more events which is a big draw for me. I did the 21 day free trial and was extremely close to signing up fully, but I have a gym in my complex with similar equipment. However, places like O2 (Lifetime, Equinox etc) are much more than a gym, they are an ~experience~ I don't think most people go solely to work out or train, they go for the elevated service/treatment, community, motivation from/of being around others etc. And you definitely get that here at O2. Pricewise is what you would expect from a facility of this caliber, but their prepaid packages do get you some decent savings. The operations staff is nice and friendly - sales people can be a bit aggressive but that's to be expected. Overall, I'd recommend this as a first choice to anyone who does not have a home gym or something readily available in their complex. Can't beat the location either - perfect for working out and running errands before or after.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS CRIMINAL, NEFARIOUS BUSINESS. I visited this gym ONE time on Feb 04th 2025,…read morewhile visiting family in Winston-Salem. The next morning, I learned the franchise had no location in NYC -- where I live -- so I immediately cancelled my membership and requested refund of the $55.98 I had been charged for membership initiation. I have attempted to cancel my membership and be reimbursed numerous times via email, voicemail messages, and live conversation with management to no avail. I have been consistently ignored. Instead, the Gym has continued to levy charges: $34.99 on Mar 04th & 13th, and $49.99 on Mar 21st. American Express has so far credited my account on all 4 charges which total $175.95 but enough is enough. Someone at this Gym is running a fleech-swindle operation. They should be stopped, if not arrested for their unethical, mercenary practices.

I don't have any problem paying month for the last 3 yrs and not using the facilities(all my fault) and plan on continuing to pay for the membership once I've recovered from my surgery (and probably still won't use), but it's wrong that no one will answer my email asking for a 4 month break in membership charges while I'm physically disabled! Especially considering my years of being a loyal customer while never actually attending their gym.

I don't know about anyone else but I hate going to a gym or workout class for the first time. You…read moredon't know where to put your stuff, what the vibe is like, and sometimes I feel like a lost puppy. I wanted to try out Kraze Fitness because it is locally owned and well I would rather have them get my money every month and cycle it back through the community than some of the bigger guys. They have a free two week trial or you can just head in and try a class for free on the spot no problem at all. I worked with Jasmine who gave me a tour and encouraged me to try out a class. Once I did, I immediately signed up afterwards. The instructor of the class (Reggie) was great at explaining everything to me as to how the class would work and showing me each of the moves for that session. The class was small so everyone got personalized attention. Which is something I am a big fan! Jasmine let me know that the most popular class is kick boxing but even that usually maxes out with 15 people. You don't have to worry about signing up online or reserving a spot because well they always have a spot open for you. To me there is nothing worse than wanting to go to a class but then finding out it is full. The interior isn't the fanciest place but from what I could see they really have every weight machine you could want, as well as plenty of treadmills, and other cardio machines. They do standard classes like yoga, Zumba, and kick boxing. But also offer things like kettle bells, a toned down version of a Crossfit class, and some type of class that is based off of how MMA fighters warm up (will have to give that one a try). AND they also offer legit Crossfit classes as well. For the price you truly cannot beat this place! If you are in the market for a gym or looking to take some interesting fitness classes give this place a try. With the free two week trial (which includes all the classes) you really have nothing to lose!

For 34$ a month, thats bs. Really disappointed in the change. They put a few squat racks 3 feet away from some bench presses and then put a bunch of assisted machines right next to the front desk. Who thought that was a good idea? They have space to make it good but they chose to do bjj and weightlifting still when there is no room for both in this tiny spot. So half of the gym is this cramped section and half of it is this giant mat that will only be used when there are classes. No water fountain, you can barely hear music. At the old place they played movies and had music booming. Go anywhere else.
