I've had country financial for years and by far this past year has been the worst. I had the best…read moreagent by the name of mike that worked out of the countryside location and he left the company. I randomly get a letter in the mail telling me who my new rep would be. Behold Mr. David Jara whom I've never actually spoken to a day in my life. He's not personable and his office does shady things to be quite honest. Had a 2 car policy at one point. Dropped one car and magically my deductible goes from 500 to 1000 only to figure it out once I got into a hit and run. No one in the office could tell me why it mysteriously changed. Only to tell me it was requested via fax but no one can tell me who the fax came from! They say no worries ma'am we can fix it and every time I look online the deductible still reflects $1000! I never requested a change! 3 months after I found out still nothing! I've requested for my agent to be changed because every time I reach out to him/his office I get no help-resolution. I use to brag about country financial now I'm just over it. I'm ready to take my business elsewhere. If I could give this review no stars I would!
