She came prepared the day of with some extras so that we could make some tweaks we wanted, which was very accommodating. I sent her examples of the style and colors we wanted and it came it out perfect. I would have rated her service as a 5 but some improvement is needed on the communication. Extremely disappointed. I live out of state and wanted to send their cute Minnie Mouse balloon sculpture to arrive for my niece's first birthday in June. I emailed the business on May 13th, and Michelle Smith returned my email asking which version of Minnie. I clarified, and requested an invoice and confirmation. Three weeks have gone by and I've left 2 voice mails and an additional email, just trying to confirm and pay. No response at all. I've given up. I'd suggest using another business. read more

I emailed Michelle to sort out some balloons for my daughters birthday, received a response. Then the responses became less and less. I called them and left a voicemail and then she responded via email. I would ask a question and she wouldn't respond. Getting closer to the date of the party (3 days away) hadn't heard a response in close to 2 days. I made a suggestion what I wanted with my budget and she said that didn't fit my budget. When I gave her my budget and asked what she would suggest...no response. Very poor communication and I felt like she didn't want my business. Which is fine, I found another balloon company which I will be giving a positive review to who was very helpful and with quick responses. She was able to give me exactly what I wanted, which was some floating balloons with strings, number balloons for turning "11," and some balloons on their own without helium, which were very fun to play with. I had a HORRIBLE experience with Get Ballooned. Makes me wonder while looking thru other reviews if there are 2 Michelle's? Seems pretty split- how do we figure out when Michelle is having a good week? When she acts with professionalism, and provides full sentences in her replies? Please give a hint. I reached out for help, several times stated I was ready to confirm an order in alignment with their processes. Michelle just never responded after a couple short, incomplete responses via email that never actually answered my questions. So, when she suddenly drops off without notice, you find yourself in a bind and scrambling to recover in other ways. This particular event was private, but substantial. But more importantly, I'm in a position where we are planning the opening 11 businesses this year, that means 11 Grand Openings, which translates to an incredible amount of lost business....because Michelle is so rude and unprofessional. Hope the next customer catches her on one of those responsive weeks. read more

Horrible service! I called last week to order balloons to be delivered for my niece's 1 year birthday. Michele answered the phone and was quick to tell me to fill out the form online and she would send me pictures per my request of what she could do. Didn't hear from her via phone or email for 24 hours. Called multiple times and the phone went to the recording. She sent me an email this morning with a couple of options and pricing, but no description or pictures. I responded right back and asked for pictures and have not heard back from her. Clearly, I am not a priority. Would never recommend this business to anyone I know. Poor customer service and response time. Happy to go through another business that actually responds in a timely manner. read more

I live in NM & couldn't be with a friend who had hip surgery & was alone in Porter Adventist Hospital. Michelle replied quickly to my voice message asking about balloon bouquets. The balloons she suggested were a light message of love to give a happy recovery vibe. Same day delivery! I really appreciate that they last long enough to be shared with other patients if my friend has little space to take home rehab equipment--or they can be tied on her walker to give her a lift out the hospital door! Balloons are easily seen by the patient on her back in bed; and they don't take up valuable space on bedside tables. read more

I think I changed my mind about 3 times, but each time they were very accommodating and very patient with me, and very honest about pricing. Michelle initially told me that she could complete my order for an event. We had a pleasant conversation over the phone. I informed her that my budget was $200, and we made a plan for some arrangements that sounded great. After that conversation, despite my repeated requests to talk over the phone, she continued to only text. I did receive one email informing me that I had 2 options to choose from, which did not include all that we spoke of initially... and I had a deadline of 10am! I received this email at 11am. If there is a deadline that tight, CALL!!! There was one instance in which a kid answered the phone. She seemed frantic and said, "oh, he wasn't supposed to answer that!" and quickly hung up with me. I'll call you later, she said. No call.. just a txt. Finally, she informed me that the initial order that we discussed was no longer an option. Instead, she wanted to charge me $200 for 18 balloons!! Umm... no thank you!!! I'm wondering if she's got helium in her tanks or something else, cause that's crazy! Trust me when I say this individual is a poor communicator, and will try to rob you. Terrific! I needed a same-day delivery and they were fantastic. Honestly, I was a little concerned because their website isn't that refined, but the customer service was terrific, the price was 30% less than others, and most importantly the balloons were amazing and arrived right on time. Wonderful! I live in California and I needed balloons for same day delivery and Michele was so so sweet and accommodating and took care of if no problem.
