Fun for the kids...not so much for the supervising parent. Walking into Get Air... you get air of all the sweat, kids, and stinky feet. I hope they get a better ventilation system to get air moving in there. This place is packed. Walking in is a little overwhelming. The paying counter is immediately on the left when walking in. Everyone is in line to pay but what is not communicated right away is that the waiver needs to be signed before paying for admission. PRO TIP: get this done online FIRST and before coming to the facility. Otherwise you'll be waiting in line to pay only to wait to hear you need to step out of line to sign the waiver and then get back in line to pay!! That took 30+ min. Expect that. Admission is 13.99 for kids 46" and taller for 1 hour. Other hour packages cost different. Admission for kids under 46" is 8.99 for 1 hour. And their area is limited. Socks are $3.00. I saw kids with Sky Zone socks. So you can save those socks and reuse them. I spent $91.94: That was with Get Air's deal on their page: buy 5 general admission for 55.96, 2 $8.99 little kids, and 6 pairs of socks. Once paid and ready to go jumping it was difficult to find a spot to sit down and change out of shoes into jumping socks. There is a locker area with some seating but it was crowded!! I took my farm of kids to the party area in the back. Plenty of space to sit. PRO TIP: find a place in the back to change into jumping socks. There were a lot of trampolines for different sections of the park: dodgeball, basketball dunking, block pit, ninja course, free jump, little kids area. I hardly saw parents jumping. It was really more for kids. 1 hour was just right for the amount of time there. My kids were beat after that hour. They wanted to stick around but I bribed them to leave. There is no policing for your time paid there. This trampoline park is not like Sky Zone with allotted time there and switching of times. I don't know if I would return again. It was a lot to experience- 2 different times. (Birthday party and regular admission) The birthday party was not any different. Supervising my 2 and 4 year old in the little kid area along with dozens of other parents was not that fun for me. I would recommend Get Air if a parent wants to spend one on one with their big kids and jump with them or if they just want to let their kids go crazy on their own. It was ok for me. I'm not sure why there were some bad reviews, Get Air is much nicer than SkyZone and has more things to do (like an obstacle course). It also felt cleaner and well maintained. There was plenty of staff on the Sunday morning we were there, but I wouldn't leave a kid unattended here - it's loud and chaotic. Most of the staff that work here are teenagers, so it helps to be involved in your kids activities here. There is a special area in back that is reserved for large groups or parties. It's basically a bunch of picnic tables, but if you reserve a party here it's nice to have a place to keep your street clothes and open presents. Get Air does a nice job with the party host, they basically handle the waivers and wristbands as a group plus watch your stuff. Some things to make your trip better... register online and sign the waiver online. It will save you 20 mins at least on a busy day. They allow you to wear skyzone socks, but you must wear grip socks. It's loud if you aren't jumping, so bring some earbuds if you are planning doing work or reading. There aren't tv's or anything so come prepared if you are staying with your child. Tuesday's are 2hrs for price of 1, great value. I think Get Air is ideal for kids between 6 and 12, but there are things for older and younger kids. My son loves the obstacle course and the ball pit. Older kids will like the trampolines for sure. This was so much fun. I was invited to an adult birthday party here. I arrived and I checked in on Yelp. If its your first time you get a discount from Yelp. I took advantage of the coupon and luckily my friend had socks that I could barrow so I didn't have to spend the extra $ for special socks. Once we got checked in we made our way into the many choices of jumping. I had a blast. I played dodge ball with a bunch of kids and we jumped ourselves into pits of foam blocks. We ran around on trampolines til we were out of breath. I am not as young anymore so when our hour was up we were about to pass out. All the people working were really nice. There was a lot of kids there and they did a good job helping to make sure everyone was playing safe. There is a rope ladder over a pit, there is different obstacles and lots of place to just jump. read more

It also includes 2 hours of jump time for the kids, each kid gets a pair of jump socks. Birthday boy also got a T-Shirt and a 1 hour jump pass for another time. The kids had a blast jumping. They have a dodgeball area, basketball area, standard trampoline space, foam pit and a warrior area. In order to be on the premises you have to have a waiver. A waiver is needed even if you are not jumping. Some of the older attendees had an issue with this as they did not have an email address. read more

We had our little mans fifth birthday party here and had a great time. The facility has a trampoline area and at the back side is the party party area. The trampoline area is broken up into a couple areas. There is a dodge ball area for older kids, a foam pit for smaller kids, a wide open trampoline area for bigger people that continues up the sides of the walls, a basketball hoop area for you to dunk, a ninja warrior type area, and a pit with trampolines next to it for you to jump in. When you first go in you have to sign a waver and then get your special jumping socks. One negative is that they don't have much for food and drinks. The biggest negative that really bothered our family is that they always have the front desk grossly under staffed. We have been in several times and every time there is always just one person working at the desk and a long line to get in. We've been here about five times now and we have a good time for the most part. Usually it's more of a "the kids are being crazy people and they need to burn energy or else" decision. They keep it clean here, and fairly safe (especially for toddlers, who are relegated to a much smaller, enclosed area). To me, it's a little overpriced for what it is. $12.00 per hour, per person isn't a lot, but it adds up quickly with a family. For the most part, I knocked a star because I really dislike the fact that the staff allow grown ass adult men to play overly aggressive dodgeball with the kids. I've seen some adults play fair and add to the good time, but I've also seen dudes go full blown Billy Madison on some seven year olds, for the full hour we were there. That's like, wildly inappropriate and I can't believe other parents didn't step in and say something. read more

A fun place but safety is definitely not their priority. The entire time we were there they had ONE team member in the jumping area, which would be impossible to monitor that entire space. The member was not paying attention to the jump areas and half the time on his phone. When there were two team members on the floor, they were talking with each other and not paying any attention to the jump zones. It was chaos. Ill behaved children; running all over and in front of others about to jump; multiple kids on the same trampoline; kids jumping in the nerf pit on top of other kids; etc. You get the picture. They need to enforce safety and conduct rules so that parents don't have to intervene. The locker area was also FILTHY dirty with food and trash strewn everywhere. Since it was the beginning of Spring Break and the weather wasn't really nice enough to be outside I decided to take my son, my nephews, and a friend to do something fun indoors. Ages-2, 9, 14, 16. I went online first to see all they had and noticed that you could sign the waiver online. It definitely saved us a lot of time since there were only a few computers available at the facility and the line was long. I highly recommend signing the waivers before going and note, even if you are NOT jumping (like me) you still need to sign a waiver. We went on a Sunday night and it was still pretty busy but because we didn't have to sign the waivers there we got through the line pretty quickly. The cashier gave us the jumping socks ($3 pair) and they have cubbies and lockers where you can store your shoes and stuff. If you want it really secure you will need to bring your own lock for the lockers. Since I wasn't jumping I just held the valuables in my purse for everyone. They have separate areas for activities like dodgeball, basketball, foam pits, open jump, ninja course, and kid air for children under 46" tall. I let the big kids run around and have fun on their own while I took my 2 year old to the Kid Air area. It was a pretty good size area for toddlers that almost mimicked the bigger kids area. He loved jumping with the balls and being thrown (gently) into the foam pits. I wish they had a little basketball area for the toddlers, although the basketball area is available to all kids, the hoops were way too tall for toddlers. My son tried to play anyway though! We paid for an hour and they give you colored wrist bands when you pay and then announce over the speakers the color of your wrist band when your time is up. We ended up getting a little extra time so I thought that was pretty nice! The kids had a great time. It wasn't as big as I thought it was going to be or compared to Sky Zone but they still had fun. There is no food area which would be a nice addition but just vending machines at the front and half were out of order. They also have massage chairs you can pay for while you wait but I didn't use them this time around. Overall it was fun and I thought an hour was just the right amount of time with the activities that were available. read more

Zero stars would be more accurate. Waited in a line for over 45 minutes on a Saturday. Only one person working the counter while several other staff members lounged around nearby, or stood behind the counter helping no one. Clearly this was a busy time. Management should have had their act together and got people in the door more quickly. Some groups waited at the counter for 10+ minutes while the person working there tried to figure out what to do. Ever waited in line at an airport after your flight was cancelled, or tried to rent a car at LAX? Very nice and well maintained play area. Our kids had a blast and we took advantage of the Tuesday b1g1 hour. The bad part was the seating available for parents. They have massage chairs that you can pay to sit in...or wooden boxes, covered in pink stains. We are old. We need back support. And we shouldn't have to pay $20/hr to sit somewhere comfortably. Two adults for two hours = $80! And don't even think about sitting in them without paying. They have alarms. And no, we cannot jump with the kids. As I said, we are old. read more

They are open late and it looks like the place is set up with black lights for nighttime jumping. The check process takes a longer time then I think it should though. Predators are protected here!!! After frequenting this business, and specifically the dodge-ball games, many times, my son's finger was seriously damaged (we later found out it was broken) by another dodge ball player who decided that playing dirty was his only way to win...Fifteen minutes later, while my son was icing his swollen hand, another boy in our group came out of the dodge ball game with his hand swollen and throbbing. The same aggressor, with the same MO, had kicked and damaged both boys' hands...I filed a report that day with the employee who worked the dodge ball courts. He banned the boy from playing that day. The next day, both boys had to have X-rays in Urgent care. We found out my son's finger was seriously broken and required a forearm cast, and his friend's capillaries were busted enough to require him to be splinted for a week. We then called to file a more official complaint. Get Air's manager, Chelsea, has stone walled us continuously. Though she has the means to review video tape and prove our case, she has refused us access to the offender's information (oddly elevating this to some HIPAA offense). She required me to file a police complaint, and when I came back to her with proof of this, she still has protected the aggressor. This business certainly does NOT have the best interests of its customers at heart! We will not be frequenting Get Air again. We hope others will consider this when choosing a business which will or, in this case, will NOT consider its patrons safety as its utmost priority. read more

Do not have your child sign up for their day camp! Safety is a major concern. We had an attempted child abduction case that they refused to take my call because they were busy. Any one providing child care needs to be available at all times especially for situations like this. Phone number listed goes to a call center and they will not let you speak to anyone at the facility. Parents be very cautious, if there is an emergency, they will not take your call. I had to call DHS and have contacted the local law enforcement about the situation since the facility refused to take action. read more

I went in and it smelled horrible. Like feet and bo. It was so gross. The cube pits smelled just as bad. I went it with some friends and was very disappointed. I saw a staff member on her phone not paying attention. I saw the same staff member talking and sitting with another employee not even looking at the trampolines. What wouldn't happened if I would've gotten hurt and they weren't paying attention because they were on there phones talking. Why are they there if there not gonna work? It's a safety issue. There were other young kids there who could've been jumped on etc. on top of that there were lots of kids with foul mouths cussing like sailors and being mean to kids there. Is this really how this place is gonna be operated. Staff that doesn't pay attention and bullying. I've been here so many times and earlier tonight was ridiculous. Brought my family here for my daughter's birthday. My nephew had to jump in the area for the little kids so he was separated from the rest of us. I understood it was for his safety but while we were jumping, we noticed children around the same height (some smaller) as him jumping in the area for bigger kids. We decided to bring him over and let him jump with us. One of the workers came up and said "I'm sorry but he can't jump in this area." So I pointed to the other children and asked why they were able to and his response was, "Well she's a manager and those are her kids. She's not following the rules. I mean I can try talking to her or something." Umm okay.. for the money I paid to come here, I expect my children to be treated the same as every other child in that facility. At first everything was fine and dandy. First time going and definitely the last. Or until new management. I am 23 so I am not a child I get how to drive a go kart. Keeping in mind it's my first time so I get they have to instruct me on their rules. I'm perfectly okay with that. However you have to cheat? So let me explain. There were 4 people racing a couple "guy and a girl" and my buddy and I. He has been here before so he knew the ropes. So this couple (the guy specifically) is talking to the guy in charge of the go karts. And the first race I don't notice it but the go karts can be slowed or sped up by a controller in said kids hand. So long story short he was letting his friend go insanely faster then us. If we were neck and neck he would just be able to pass like it was nothing yet ours full throttle. But we didn't even finish our races cause this was so messed up. $100+ down the drain. read more

I have 2 boys under 46 and there is a small section for them to jump at. It's kid friendly and a lot safer. Skyzone has more room and sections for smaller kids to jump. Get Air Des Moines currently does not have a diaper changing area but they are suppose to find someone to install one. I asked a lady for a spot to change and she offered a desk for me to use, I had no choice bc there were no private areas and my baby had a dirt diaper. We paid for 2 hours and it's $21 for each child over 46 inches and 1 hour is $13 for children over 46 in. and $8 for 1 hour and 2 hours for $13 for children under 46 inches. I'm giving it 3 stars bc there could be some improvements to the small jumping area. There's a place to put your belongings but you have to bring your own lock. Sky zone was super busy and some kids had to wait to jump when we went there for a bday party. Get Air Des Moines has been busy every time l and we were always able to get in for jumping time. I think 1 hour is plenty of time for small kids to jump. I would probably pay for 2 hours when my kids are bigger and can explore more. read more
