In these pics, I needed my winter tires put in but the car I had just purchased didn't come with the locking lug nut key. He came down in freezing temperatures to fix and switch over the tires while I took care of my deeds of the day! And the big kicker? He's way better priced than almost any shop that I've visited. It was suggested by a friend to take my car to UG. They were very friendly, timely and made sure I understood exactly what was wrong with my car. As a woman, I didn't feel intimidated and I was treated with the upmost respect. The waiting area is new and contemporary (wasn't forced to watch Sportsnet or the Golf channel the entire time). Plus, it's one bus to downtown so it was easy to drop off my car and get to work quickly. They not only fixed my car but informed me of other things they noticed that could use some repair. I will never take my car anywhere else, even if I live on the opposite side of the city.
