He made us feel as though we were his only clients (when I know we aren't). I can't imagine that I am the easiest client to work with because I am what you would call an "anxious buyer" and Jim always made me feel at ease. He took the time to show us several houses and when we found the one we wanted to put an offer on, he guided us through the process. Jim returned calls and emails almost immediately and gave us great advice on how to deal with the mortgage company, attorneys, and the sellers. I am going to recommend Jim to all of my friends who are in the market to buy a new home or sell a home because he really is the very best.

In fact the great service continues even after the sale as he emailed to let me know the potential of a tax credit for people who purchase a foreclosed property. He was very thorough when looking at houses with us and pointed out things to look out for that we would have otherwise missed. He worked diligently on our behalf from the time we hired him as our agent through closing. I would recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a home in Greater Boston!

We got an offer accepted in April and closed in June. Rob was a very responsive and punctual agent. Scheduling open houses and private showings with Rob was very smooth, sometimes we went to a few properties in one day. Rob's feedback to properties were very honest and as first time home buyer's we would have missed those aspect if he had not mentioned it. There was a property with a major tilt and Rob pointed it out...it was making us dizzy. It was great having Rob to help answer our questions about the roof, the heater, water boiler, septic tank age and so much more. He would also provide comps of similar properties that sold recently in the area. Overall, we had a great experience with Robbie and would highly recommend him.

Our issue is with the specific real estate agent, Kathy Kelly. She is an agent at this business…read morenow, but was with Coldwell Banker in Franklin, MA at the time she was our realtor. She was our agent from Mar '10 to Dec '10 trying to sell our townhouse so we could buy a single-family home. She did not go to many of the showings, but instead only relied on the potential buyers' agents to show the place. We did have two offers (accepted offers), but both were by bad buyers (who basicly got cold feet about buying). After we had the second offer, we put an offer in on a house. At this time, I asked on numerous occassions if we were protected if these buyers backed out and she kept assuring us we were. I just had a bad feeling about these buyers (because we had been through already once before). Well, wouldn't you know it, our buyers backed out. Then the sellers' of the house we were buying decided not to sign the release to get our $1,000 deposit back. Now, Kathy Kelly and her former employer Coldwell Banker - Franklin will not do anything for us even though they did not protect us in the way they wrote the offer. It should have had a contingency to protect us if we did not sell our place. Needless to say we are not happy with Kathy Kelly, our former realtor. We now have a lawyer and are looking into our legal options to get our $1,000 deposit back.
