My job requires that I work with contractors quite a bit. -Outlets and light switches not grounded -Hot and cold handles backwards on one bathroom -Did not install electrical backboxes in a few places -Paid for two coats of paint only received one -stripped screws on ceiling fan so replacing blades or removal for any reason impossible now -Carpet guys did NOT sweep floor before laying carpet The list goes on and on....I've had to do multiple repairs myself on a NEW house. Mr. "haynie" just does NOT want to correct the mistakes of his contractors.

I was very happy with the attention to detail taken on every phase of construction. MC, the owner, was onsite every single day supervising his crew and subcontractors. He finished the project on time and on budget. He is definitely an expert on coastal area construction of elevated houses and made several prudent recommendations to improve the lot lay, drainage, and final product.
