I am immensely grateful for the respectful, dedicated and engaged treatment by Consultant Psychiatrist Dr. Mark Silvert, who will carefully select a course of treatment you are comfortable with, not pressure you and give you the necessary time to get to know you and the issues you may be struggling with. He follows up and is easy to reach via email, which is a uniquely comforting and empowering aspect of receiving private health care. Thank you! Cognitive Behavioural Therapist Hadassah Lipszyc is a uniquely skilled therapist and an inspiring individual. Sessions with her will engage, enlighten and strengthen you. And since she is also trained in person-centred and psychodynamic counselling, she can address any issues in a versatile manner and knows when do to so. She knows when to push, she knows when to go gently and she has changed me and enhanced my quality of life in ways I didn't think possible. I admire her greatly for her knowledge, compassion and skill! I don't know how I can ever thank her enough! Skilled Nutritionist Charlotte Turner offers an immense wealth of knowledge when it comes to proper nutrition and the life factors that surround our nutritional choices. At the same time she completely allows and understands that you cannot be "perfect" every day. She engages with you in a very kind and understanding manner and helps you to find out where to strike the balance between you occasional indulgences and healthy options that suit your tastes and profile. Dr. Bashir was very helpful in regards to explaining difference in procedures to me and his knowledge and expertise was clearly of very high calibre. His admin staff on the other hand was a nightmare to deal with. Not the kind of service you would expect from a private clinic on Harley Street. After I have commented on the fact that I have not received a response on an e-mail I had sent almost a month ago, I have been put in my place by one of the admin staff and have been told that no further e-mail exchange was required. I understand that each culture has different approaches to customer service, but when a country already experiences a double-dip recession one would think that any business would try their utmost to keep their customers/patients. Unfortunately that was not the case at this clinic. Needless to say I will not return, but the sad thing is that they don't seem to care anyway.
