Their prices were fair and the selection was very good. I was looking for a shirt for my grandson. I picked out a couple of shirts but was worried about the fit because he is tall for his age. I told the young sales assistant my concerns and desire to find a toddler size 5 slim and long shirt. She led me to exactly what I was looking for. After many trips into different gift shops I finally had what I wanted. The shirt fit my grandson perfectly and I am extremely grateful for her help. We received this type of service throughout the store making all of our purchases special and our shopping experience exceptional.

It is easy to see why the Aran Woollen Store has such a good reputation. Their sweaters and scarfs…read moreare beautiful and feel incredibly soft against your skin. Their quality and workmanship has helped them become a symbol for Ireland and the Aran Islands. As a tourist I made a point to visit. I was excited to shop here although the prices were very high for many of the items that I loved. They do have beautiful scarfs for a decent price and very affordable sweaters but I kept finding myself back in front of the more expensive sweaters. They are incredibly soft, feel so comfortable and come in many pretty colors. I eventually decided to purchase one online. I was told that they were going to be offering holiday pricing and the savings will offset the shipping. This store also has many tourist type merchandise for sale and a discount room upstairs.

The Outlet was my least favorite store. The layout felt like a thrift store and did not inspire me…read moreto spend money. Lots of the merchandise appeared new but tired looking...drab...boring. I did find one wool sweater that I liked but I felt that it was overly priced and not quite the quality that I felt the price warranted. They offered some pretty nice scarves, sweaters and some shirts for men but again the price seemed to match other stores where you might have a better selection depending on what you are looking for and certainly a better presentation. The sales clerk did not engage and stayed disconnected during the entire shopping process. This quickened our decision to move through the store at a fast pace.
