Please don't go based off bad reviews. Some people are miserable. The office is so clean, nicely organized and the Midwife is so amazing. This was my first appointment and i was treated with care. Always had good service and care with Georgia prenatal just the waiting is a bit long but other than that it's good

I came to this office back in 2017-2018 when I had my son and the office was smaller and way better service, attention, and care. I recently went back and I was truly amazed of how much the service had changed. It's horrible. I experienced a loss at 11 weeks and the whole process was disappointing. To them it could be another woman just loosing a fetus but to me it was my first time experiencing a loss of my baby. Zero care, no type of communication, and most importantly lack of information from the doctor and the staff. Definitely never will come back and never would recommend this place. The doctors there are amazing doctor Peek delivered my first baby however The reason I'm leaving 1 star is the nurses/ front staff are extremely rude and lack empathy , I had a miscarriage in the past and attempting to have a child was mentally and emotional hard when I became pregnant I had the front lady bluntly say I'd lose this child as well since i had recently lost one prior. It's very disturbing that these individuals Think they can say anything that comes to mind. This wasn't the only disturbing insidant that took place . Definitely think this facility should look into replacing some of the individual that make this clinic look unprofessional. read more

My fiancé chose this facility to provide healthcare for herself and our unborn child.  Unfortunately for use we did not read the reviews online before selecting the facility.   Shortly thereafter I read the horrible reviews online. She said that her first appointment went really well so we decided to stick with them. She is currently 19 weeks pregnant and we have yet to meet the doctor that we are supposed to trust to deliver our princess. This place is a disaster. read more

TOTAL SCAM. I went here looking for prenatal advice about which medications are appropriate for pregnancy. The level of unprofessional was insane and unheard of. First, the wait was 2 hours when you can see all staff laughing and speaking a different language rather than seeing the clients that are waiting to be seen. The doctor walks in and immediately leaves to get her cell phone. I tell her the medications I am taking, first she asks how to spell them letting me know she is completely uneducated on the topic I am there to discuss. As I list the medications, she puts them into GOOGLE and reads me word for word what Google says. I asked her very specific questions regarding the outcome and the health of my unborn child to only receive "the risks outweighs the benefit" is all I was told. After a 2 hours wait was only a 7 minute conversation. I paid 75 dollars for a doctor to read Google to me. I have absolutely no more information than I had walking in with Google at my disposal. Such a scam, such a ripoff. Please do not go here! They bill as a "specialist" to get the maximum amount of money they can, while spending 7 mins to read Google. Complete con artists! read more

Worst place to get any type of care. Your brave if you trust them with prenatal care. They have horrible office management appoint 3 hours behind regularly and know one knows anything but the Doctor. Once I told them I wanted to transfer I had to call over 8 times back to back because they were ignoring my calls and giving false information. They even made me come in person only to inform me I didn't have to fill out anything. They take 2hours long lunches and when you call and they answer the phone they tell you they don't know and will have someone call you back mind you there is always about 8 staff at work at once just walking around socializing. Ok remember I showed up for an ultrasound and they made me wait 3 hours and in between had a random nurse that informed me she wasn't sure what she was doing. worst doc office I've ever been to. read more

If I could give this clinic -0 stars I would and this is for many reasons. They neglected me while being a patient here most likely because I was expecting my first baby and didn't know better or what to expect. To start off they have so many midwife's and it's a new face everytime they're never personal about your experience and treat you like just another pregnant women. They neglected me and told me my symptoms were just apart of pregnancy when I told them I was experiencing bleeding on my gums and my nose, and swollen feet due to high blood pressure that they also knew that I had because the girls in the front who run labs would run my blood pressure twice almost every single time because it would come out high frequently in my third trimester which in fact turned out to be preeclampsia that they didn't catch until I was 37 weeks pregnant! Unbelievable!!!They weren't even the ones who confirmed that I had it I was already at the hospital when the doctors, the actual professionals here, took some tests and a few hours later told me that I do in fact have preeclampsia. I took a test at the clinic at 36 weeks even tho I was experiencing symptoms by 30-32 weeks and they got the results and never even bothered to call me and let me know that I had preeclampsia. I went to the hospital at 37 weeks for false pregnancy on a Monday and they admitted me even though I was only 1cm dilated due to distress and high blood pressure. I went through 3 full days of pain and agony at the hospital because they had to induce my pregnancy I wasn't able to get up out of the hospital bed until Friday after being admitted on a Monday. Also when I went back for my 6 week PP visit which I was rightfully very worried about, they didn't even care to do a Pap smear just did my blood pressure and said ok you're good to go . I didn't even bother with them and am currently looking for another clinic to do a Pap smear. They also had my chart wrong by a few weeks and I told them to fix it and they never did. I am very disappointed at how I was treated at this facility and would never recommend for a women to go here for any type of prenatal care and if you do good luck to you I mean it because they do not care about you. I am just blessed that me and most importantly my baby came out healthy despite all the neglect from the people I trusted with my first pregnancy this is not how I wanted my first experience to go and I will never get that back now read more

This place is the absolute worst and I would never reccomend them for any type of care let alone prenatal care. I dont even want to give one star I'd give a negative if I could. I'd advise anybody who has transferred from them esle where and has been turned away prior to the 30day mark (they said because i was a transfer they would not see me, even though legally you have 30days after transferring to see your physician they cannot turn you away) to contact the medical board and file a complaint and obtain a lawyer like I did. Not to mention when they turned me away I have a high risk pregnancy and started to have complications which there office did not mention nor bring to my attention. While trying to transfer they gave me the hardest time ever they acted like they could not provide the transfer paperwork instead they asked me to get the new office (northside) to send a transfer paper ( release form) to them even though it made no sense seeing as I was trying to transfer to Northside and had never seen a doctor there but yet they wanted them to send the transfer paperwork. When I asked why all they could say is that that was what her manager said was what had to be done. Even the records lady from northside said they were up to some funny business. Had to wait hours while they all went to lunch just to make sure my transfer paperwork was actually sent through and prior to actually getting that done I Expressed on more than 3 different occasions that I would like to transfer they kept telling me they would contact me and they would take care of it but nothing was ever done. someone mentioned to me that they were trying to wait until I was over 25weeks pregnant so I wouldn't be able to transfer anywhere because after a certain point in your pregnancy it is extremely difficult to transfer once your so far along. This place Georgia prenatal located at 950 Indian trail lilburn road nw lilburn ga 30047 right next to the billiards shaking my head is the worst and is only in it for the money they acted so shitty about me transferring because the real money is in the delivery not just your prenatal care and if you check the other people's reviews on here this place will try to respond and make it seem like they are confused with another place so that's why I put the address and some photos. I would hate for anyone esle to have to deal with this horrible type of care!! I dont care what they have to say and I was definitely a patient there so dont let them lie! My first visit I seen Dr.peeks and that was the only time I ever seen and meet the doctor. Afterwards everytime I went I seen some lady who would wear house shoes yes slippers there they looked like the Walmart kind you get for 10bucks and they were nasty as hell but besides that they never ever once took an actual measurement with a tape measure of my fundal they would just look at it and guesstimate once I learned they had not been doing that I contacted a lawyer promptly. They would schedule me at 9am every Saturday but wouldn't arrive at the office to open until 9.15am and wouldn't actually call me back until 9.45am which was ridiculous. On two different occasions the lady with the house shoes smh used the doppler to check my babys heart beat and was pressing so hard it hurt and I eventually had to tell her to stop she claimed it was normal. They also rush you, one visit I had plenty of questions to ask and they just rushed me out and did not seem to care. All of the snobby ass girls who work the front are rude as shit and very unprofessional! Like I said I can go on and on about how horrible the care and this place is and needs to be shut down. I had to transfer away from this place due moving to Snellville, but alot was due to the emotional rollercoaster they put me through in 2019. I have a 4 year old (my experience with this place in 2016 was great) ..Dr Peek was always great..even though he didn't get to deliver my baby and I wish he did!-I had some female doctor and I had her because I delivered early and Dr Peek was still on vacation..and so I went to have my 2nd baby through Georgia Prenatal, but it was awful. They had diagnosed for down syndrome and both me and my husband went through ALOT- I was very scared and depressed- not that we have anything against a child with down syndrome, but we now had a bigger road ahead of us that we needed to prepare for, and I was scared. After 2/3 months of depression from the date they told me the news, they sent me to a specialist in Dunwoody, it was actually GA PRENATAL that had a wrong due date for my baby, which changed everything. The doctor there, who seemed VERY upset about this said it was pretty much a paperwork issue and my baby was completely normal...so I go back to Ga Prenatal for my usual checkup, and they are STILL telling me the WRONG due date (which was like aug 14th) as if I never went to the damn specialist and had this corrected for a due date of Aug 24th. My baby was induced on the 29th. As I said Dr. Peek was always great but at the location I mainly had a problem with the female Doctor there (Curly long brunette hair-I cant think of her name atm) who had a tendency to talk down on people as if they are stupid (she wasn't there when I went for my first child) and that whole issue with the wrong due dates. I couldn't take no more so at the last moment I left, because it just didn't feel right nor fair for us anymore. read more
