On a regular basis I reserve a pick up time in order to arrive at my appts. and this is the best strategy when you need to get somewhere - on time. The dispatchers and drivers are very friendly and helpful - and I just feel so grateful that I am treated very well. The cab drivers - drive safely and when I see any of the multi coloured McKab Taxi's coming to my curb - I know that I am going to be well taken care of.

Paul greeted my wife with an umbrella as it was raining on our night out and walked her to the car, opened her door for her and made sure she was settled comfortably before returning to assist me to the vehicle. Paul was suited up complete with a chauffeur hat. Once inside the car, Voss water is waiting for you but you can request other beverages. I'm a social guy so I chatted up Paul and he is a great person to speak to if you don't want to just sit quietly. Very polite and easy to speak to. Also a very important part of this review is to say that Paul is a great driver and I felt safe every moment of the drive. You can tell he has a passion for the road......Now let's get to the car......This car gets you there in so much style its selfishly good! The BMW 750Li has so much room in the backseat it felt like I was in a limo. I am 6 foot 3 and 400 LBS and I was more comfortable than I have ever been. Once we were seated Paul asked my wife her favorite color, she said purple. Next thing I know the ambient lighting in the car changed to purple!! I had full control of temperature, music, window shades and back seat lighting on a tablet built in to the middle arm rest. This car is so slick inside and out I felt like a celebrity. There are so many other features in this car that I forget them all but Paul offered everything it could do to make our ride amazing. Oh, and we arrived at the time we requested and Paul even picked up up a little later than we had advised because we were having a great time. He did this with no questions asked. Just told me to let him know when we were ready and he would be there........and he was! What great service from a great guy in a great car! It was very easy to reserve the 10 passenger van and instructions on how to locate the driver upon arrival were also very easy. The price quoted was used and it was about $30 less than if we had to take a taxi. We used Exclusive Limousine Services on our trip from hotel to airport also and again reserving and pickup were amazingly easy. The van was clean, fit luggage for 10 people and was very spacious. I would say the only negative was the driver did not help load the bags on the first trip (from the airport to the hotel) and had to be asked to help load them when going from the hotel to the airport. Overall use was very easy and was on point. We would definitely use again if we return to Toronto.

I also had my cellphone in my hand as it was too cold outside to wait and I knew they would call if they were waiting. 1 passes by, as does 130. I begin to call with no answer for 40 minutes! Finally after 2 in the morning someone answers (with major attitude) and informs me the cab came in 15 mins and left. Even though he told me it would be half an hour at least. I asked why he didn't call me to let me know, as we were coats on ready to go. He said they were too busy to bother. By this point everyone had left the party we were at and we are alone waiting outside in the cold. Had to call another company and didn't get home until almost 3 am. When I called today to speak to the owner Rick, I explained my issue, and then he sits silent on the phone. I asked him if this is how he conducts his business and he replied yes with a chuckle and proceeds to hang up on me. Absolutely disgusting service and I will never be using or suggesting them again. I'd rather walk.
