I scheduled a cleaning after a few years of neglecting to go to the dentist. I had no concerns…read moreother than just wanting to get a cleaning and to get back in the habit of regular dental visits. I let them know I was pregnant when I made the appointment. Knowing how long it had been since I had been in, and that they would not be willing to give me x rays due to pregnancy, and that they would not do a cleaning without x rays, they none the less still scheduled me for the cleaning and then pulled a bait-and-switch after I arrived. The dental hygienist told me they could do a "light exam" which she proceeded to make sound like would include some degree of cleaning. And then we could do x rays and the remaining cleaning procedures in a follow up visit after baby came. In reality, the light exam consisted of the dentist sticking her finger in my mouth for a few seconds--she didn't touch or look at any of the tools and i'm not convinced she even examined my teeth--and then lectured me for 15 minutes with generic advice with no comments on my actual dental health. I presume she did just enough to charge my insurance as if they had actually provided me a service, without committing fraud. In hind sight it is clear there was no chance they would be doing any cleaning, despite what they presented to me. I would recommend finding someone else as I consider this dishonest and unscrupulous. I will be finding a new dentist.

The front desk works hard to get any of my insurance questions answered (you know that whole insurance world can be confusing!) The dental hygienists that I have met are friendly, thorough and educational during my appointments. I have never had another office check my gum health and they make it a point to let me know at each cleaning if I have any areas of gingivitis and how I can improve my pockets. The doctors and the assistants here are all very professional and relatable and make an effort to get to know me at each visit. You can tell they are not out for your money and will only do work that is needed. I am very comfortable here and have referred one of my friends that was nervous going to the dentist and they took such good care of him! Keep up the great work!

The hygienists are for sure kind and attentive. Drs spend 2 -5 minutes with patients. Last visit was super shady. First, I filled out the paperwork with medical information - totally appropriate for 6 month visit. None of my information has changed. AND THEN I was told I was required to complete an identical medical survey for a private company to access medical records that sold products for sleep apnea. I was told patients could leave the office without completing it by the front desk- totally unethical- there should have a been a disclosure form available around transparency and consent. As a medical provider, I was disgusted by their ruse and will not be returning. The overall care is adequate, but administrative practices are suspect.

Shortly after, I experienced severe cold sensitivity and pain when chewing. I returned twice between July and October and was only told the tooth needed filing and to try Sensodyne - no further evaluation was done. I eventually sought a second opinion, where X-rays showed the filling was not sealed properly and decay had not been fully removed. The filling had to be redone, and I later needed an emergency root canal after my bottom molar died and caused a systemic infection. I will now also need a root canal on the top molar. Neither tooth caused issues before the original fillings. I've been a patient here since childhood, but this experience has cost me over $4,000 and months of pain. I do not trust the quality of care and cannot recommend this office.
