First off her apartment stayed HOT like 80-100 degrees. There was a situation where she had to get moved down the hall because of pipe problems, she got blamed for the incident, although this has happened before. For her convenience they moved her to a two bedroom, she liked it more and wanted to stay there, it was cooler and suited her better. They said the only way that she could do that was if she could pay $230/month MORE!! That's an OUTRAGEOUS price for a 2bed/1bath apartment in a senior living building. Otherwise she would have to move back to her hot, uncomfortable, problematic apartment. We contacted management of First Centrum and they were NO HELP, they didn't even offer her other options and they didn't want to work with us. You might want to think TWICE BEFORE YOU MOVE A FAMILY MEMBER IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were told certain documents would work as proof of income and supplied those specific documents immediately. We were never contacted to say they couldn't use them and only found out that the process had stalled out when we went in to pay the application fee 10 days after submitting the documents with no communication from the leasing staff whatsoever.
