The apartments are in large and very high-end in regards to flooring, lighting, granite countertops with spacious rooms and balconies available! It is a very secure building with underground parking and exceptional views of the sunset and sunrise. It is literally one block from the heartbeat of the Central West End! There are monthly social events and a wonderful clientele! If you have a dog there is a bath/grooming area, coffee/tea bar and truly exceptional rooftop with hot tubs, Weber grills, 360 views and tons of space inside and out with games, TVs and more!! Also, most fixtures and furnishes are good quality, however the 'wooden' floors scratched so easily I was afraid to do a lot on them. If anyone is looking for an apartment in this area I'd recommend it. The price is right, the apartments are nice, and management is the best. All work orders I've submitted have been completed in a timely manner if not the same day, and that's because the building maintenance team is top notch. As a bonus the building management does monthly community events that are unique and fun! These events usually support local businesses and have delicious food On another note throughout the entire building and parking garage there are cameras that contribute to the safe environment Altair fosters.
