10/10!!! If you have a well, and ever run into any problems;…read morewe very highly recommend locally owned and operated, Precision Well & Pump Systems, Inc.!! As luck would have it, our well pump died yesterday. Being a Saturday, the day before a large storm, we weren't sure we would find someone willing to come out, so we called several numbers and left messages. Darin Miller, the owner, was very responsive and he and an employee spent 2-1/2 hours out in the bitter cold replacing our pump. Our well is very deep; and the cold kept freezing things up hampering their work; but they stuck it out until the job was completed. In addition, we had changed the water filter before he arrived. I went down in the basement a while after they left and the filter was leaking. Darin came back first thing this morning to check it out; and we had not sealed it properly! We cannot be more thankful and appreciative to Darin and his employee for helping us on one of the most frigid days/stormy weekends of the year!!!! UPDATING (from 5 stars to 1) as of 7/12/18: I reached out to Pro. Drain Svcs. to see if they could help my parents with a water leak problem. I was advised, via yelp chat from the business owner, to have them call directly. My parents called and had an appointment scheduled for a Fri. morning at 10:30 am. After waiting all morning and afternoon no one from this company showed up. Worst of all no one called to explain/reschedule. I send the business a message inquiring about what happened and received no response. It is a week later and I am still waiting. How embarrassing to provide a glowing referral to someone and have it turn out to be such a bad experience for them. Will seek services else where in the future.

Recently, I had the main septic pipe between my house and septic tank get clogged. Upon…read moreinvestigation, it was determined that my excavator had deposited many large rocks directly above the pipe when he back filled my foundation (my house is only three years old), and the weight of those rocks caused the pipe to become narrowed and pitched in the wrong direction. I hired Paul Mumford to do the repair for me. Today, at 7:30am, he and his nephew arrived at my home to do the repair. I was present for the entire job. The repair took all of four hours and I can't adequately express my gratitude to Paul for an exceptional job. Both workers were professional and extremely respectful of my property. I was concerned that their digging machine was going to make ruts in my rain-soaked lawn. Paul used special mats which were placed below the tracks of the machine. There was absolutely no damage at all to my property. When they left, there was zero evidence that they were even there. They used the highest quality materials (e.g. schedule 40 pipe instead of the cheaper schedule 35 used my my excavator) and their workmanship was impeccable. After initially speaking with Paul for just five minutes, it was abundantly evident that he is a master at his craft. Tell-tale signs of his excellence were witnessed during the entire job (e.g. his use of a transit instead of a common level to assess the pitch of the drain line). The job was done as if it were Paul's own property - total respect was afforded. This company is an establishment of integrity and professionalism. Upon needing any further service, I will not look any further that Mumford Services and it would be wise for you to do the same.
