What makes the situation even more frustrating is the complete lack of support when something goes wrong. Once they've made the sale, don't expect much help. Had I known more about this scammy company, the manufacturer, and the risks involved before purchasing, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Corsicana, the manufacturer of 99% of the mattresses there, filed for bankruptcy-but of course they aren't going to share that information with you. My interactions with the staff left me extremely disappointed. I found the customer service to be dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility for resolving legitimate concerns. What should have been a straight forward customer service issue turned into a frustrating and exhausting experience on several occasions. As a customer, I felt ignored, misled, and completely undervalued. After spending that much money, I expected a quality product and professional service. I received neither. This has been one of the worst retail experiences I've ever had, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. We were on the verge of buying one, but decided it couldn't hurt to first drive over to this Half Price Mattress store that was only about 5 miles away, just to compare the mattresses and prices there. The name of the store had us feeling skeptical, but I had taken note of a highly positive review for them here on Yelp! -- so off we went. We are very glad that we came to this store. We were assisted by Cristina, who was friendly and informative, offering us details about the benefits and differences of the Queen mattresses she had in stock or could order for delivery within a week. We both ended up liking a particular mattress from a company we had not previously heard of, for which the price was about $4K less than the one we had nearly bought at that other store! Completing the purchase was quick and easy, and to our surprise the 3rd-party delivery driver brought it to our house only about 2 hours later that same day, and laid it atop the Ikea bed. All in all, a good experience: a very pleasant interaction with Cristina, and that evening we had our new mattress, plus we had saved a nice chunk of money.
