We rented a rototiller for the garden this afternoon. The first one a bolt fell off of within a…read morecouple of minutes. We promptly returned it, they offered us a smaller model, we accepted it and returned home once again to find it was also broken!! The pull string was not even attached. The manager gave us a full refund and refused to do anything more to fix rectify the situation. After loading and unloading, picking up and returning twice, we got no where, lost out on 3 hours of our day while my husband was off and able to do it. We have faithfully rented there for 10 years!! A regional manager contacted us after my review of the location which we rented from and offered us a full day free rental. I felt like they handled it appropriately and I will continue to rent from their establishment for years to come. It's sad the store manger did not test the equipment, but at a regional level, their customer service was top notch.

Wait over 20 minutes at the paint area, even after one of the associates paged the person to come…read moreup and help. Some young man came up looking lost and said he would take the paint and tint. went back to look at doors and I saw a lady talking to a woman and a young child speaking about a recent trip. When I finished with the doors and went up front that same lady was starting to tend to paint. And the price is not a value at all.

Value is there by having knowledgeable members, and always price match. However moving their credit card to a new provider is the worst corporate decision. I deferred appliances and having paper is helpful. This $1.99 fee is ridiculous as it is all easy income. Folks are not good managing their money and making paperless the directive for credit cards is not friendly. And I have no choice as I want the 5% savings
