I walked in to Navy Federal, on Tuesday afternoon, It was very crowded, I probably waited about…read more30-35 minutes. Wasn't bad of a wait . But I noticed there were only 2 individuals helping customers. While a few others were sitting in their office not assisting anyone! ..mind you it's close to closing .. about 45 minutes.. anyways I have to give Elijah a Super shoutout.. that young man help 3 people before he called my name meanwhile there were 1 other gentleman sitting in his office not doing anything for about 35 minutes.., before he decided to walk out the door for the day! Elijah he continued helping customers one by one . He was so helpful very clear answered all my questions he was very personable kept a smile on his face... that is so important when you're sitting in front of a customer and you don't realize what type of day they might have had.. Elijah you are a representation of a Bank Customer Service Employee and we need more customer Service representatives like you.. You deserve to be shouted out.. I see you furthering your career throughout this journey with high expectations,..every time I walk in to your Branch I will be looking forward to saying hello" .. Thank you kindly,

I just had the most stress reliving encounter with Ms. Jessica M. She was the absolute, kindest and…read moremost patient person I have ever encountered in my time of distress. I just lost connection with my phone, my lifeline and my whole world. I was forced to get another phone and by the Grace of God the company was able to transfer my number to a new device. Oh, my goodness!!! I need a full body massage and my brain squeezed. I'm under so much pressure trying to get my life back online and not knowing a million passwords and usernames is totally insane!! Jessica helped me without making me more miserable and she gave me hope as she went through the process with patience and kindness. I can't thank her enough. Give her two raises and a big bouquet of yellow long stem roses. Thank you Thank You!! Thank you for being an Angel. Thank you, Create Credit Union, for having such a great staff available to save me. Sincerely KB

Extremely Disappointed in the Change in Customer Service…read more Before the credit union changed its name, I always found them to be helpful and willing to work with their customers. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been completely different. I have been denied assistance multiple times, was told no managers are available to help or talk to me so even getting the opportunity to speak with a manager has been difficult. My husband is battling cancer and multiple chronic illnesses, and our family is going through an incredibly difficult time. I have reached out asking for payment arrangements or any other options that would allow me to keep my vehicle. I am not asking to avoid my financial responsibilities. I am simply asking for an opportunity to work something out during a medical hardship. My vehicle is essential. I need it to transport my husband to cancer treatments, medical appointments, and other necessary care. Losing our vehicle would place an even greater burden on an already challenging situation. I understand that bills are due and that financial obligations must be met. However, I believe customer service should also involve compassion, communication, and a willingness to explore possible solutions. A little understanding can make a tremendous difference in someone's life, especially when they are caring for a seriously ill spouse. It is heartbreaking to feel that a financial institution I once trusted is unwilling to work with me or even explore available options. I hope management takes the time to review situations like mine and considers how the company can better support customers experiencing genuine hardships. People are more than account numbers. Sometimes, all we are asking for is a little compassion and a fair opportunity to make things right.
