If you suffer from planters faciitis, then you know thats a stretch... But not by much. Dr. M, takes time to talk to you find out what your going through and come up with a plan. Honestly, after the first few visits I started feeling better, but not great. Part of the plan, I'd mock him... But then after another injection, the pain began to lessen and lessen. I'm not out of the woods yet but I'm leaps and bounds over where I was when I first limped in. The staff is amazing, Dr M, is personable.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

From the moment I walked into the office, I was met with genuine kindness and professionalism. The staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for every step of the way. I came in two…read moreweeks prior to have one ingrown toenail cut out and Dr. Andress was very rough and was noticeably rushing the entire process. The numbing agent they used started wearing off around 30 minutes after injected and I started feeling the pain before I even left the building, despite them telling me it would last 2-4 hours. When I returned to get the entire toenail removed last week, I told them that I processed the numbing agent very quickly and that I left the place with almost full feeling in my toe. I made this clear multiple times to both the doctor and the nurse. He then numbed my toe and left the room for 30-40 minutes. When he came back to do the removal, I informed him that I could feel my toe again. He persisted that I do not feel any pain but only the pressure. I told him once again, that I can in fact feel my toe. He insists that this isn't true and proceeded to remove my toenail and apply the finishing solution with a wooden stick. So imagine them digging in your raw toe with a wooden stick while you can feel it all happening. I felt the entire thing. I was crying and yelling in pain. Two kinder blonde nurses entered the room to see what the issue was and it was clear that my reaction was not what they're used to. They could see me crying because the doctor also left the door open during this whole process. It was extremely painful and traumatizing. I was very vocal with them throughout the entire process that the typical amount of numbing agent only kept me numb for about 30 minutes but Dr. Andress and the brunette nurse continuously contested and ultimately completely disregarded this. I have made an appointment at a different podiatry office and will have my follow-up done there because I will never be returning to this place.
