A few weeks ago my family member got a ride with home team transportation; the customer service that we received blew me out of the water. Our driver, David, was so nice and so experienced that I knew I had to at least give him a good review. Luckily I'm the first one to do so on yelp! He was caring & everything you should expect from a transportation company. He even told me they have an APP to book transportation. The Van was clean and he kept a polite conversation with us the entire ride to the appointment. And let's not forget to mention the fact that he was on time! My mom just loves him and it makes me feel good that I know that my mom is in good hands. I know David is going to take good care of her make and make sure she gets to her appointments on time. There is no one else we would use other than David for medical transportation for my mother.
