Absolutely horrible service. Spoke to multiple people over the phone about a blower motor under…read morewarranty for a unit I purchased for one of my customerfrom here about 3 years ago. After 4-5 calls just to be placed on hold for literally 30-45 min each time, it felt shady... After all that time spent, the uncomfortable feeling they gave me that they don't "sell that unit anymore" so I couldn't get it under warranty through them. They would have to contact the manufacturer to get it under warranty. After all those calls just to be placed on hold from them, and STILL not have an answer from them after all the information was given, weeks later. I am taking my customers elsewhere. To have to deal with THAT for a simple blower motor under warranty I can't imagine what so many people will have to go through with them for their warranty process...

They have some clothing in store for you to see in store and will order a specific item that you may want to try on. Minus 1 star for this years order that was placed before Thanksgiving with the promise of being ready the first week of December. They were going to call when it was ready but by the second week of January still no call. Finally when I got a hold of someone they said it had just been finished and I was about to get a call. Hmmm, OK. Apparently a big order had come in, delaying my order. If it was going to be delayed that much they should have called. I also thought it was strange that they were so far behind yet still closed down for 2 weeks during the Christmas/New Year holidays.
