The gas was cheaper than the station across the street. In the inside, it was a standard gas station with a beer cave, restrooms (not the cleanest but to be expected) and plenty of snack options. It was pretty well stocked and the people working were very helpful and kind. Additionally, they did have a little section with hot food like wings, and such that were under heat lamps.

I love there salad's and my favorite is the spicy chicken salad. I'm use to it being plenty of lettuce, croutons, cheese and sliced chicken patty filled to top of container. What I purchased today was half lettuce, little to none chopped up chicken, six croutons, splash of cheese. My wife got a taco salad and was very disappointing. I understand times getting hard but don't raise prices and give little for your hard earned money. Sheetz will always be my go to for my favorites but don't let Wawa down the road out do you. This was also my favorite store in PA.

I pivoted and reluctantly was heading to Hwy 55 Burgers and Fries when I passed the Fast Break Convenience Store that had a banner outside advertising hot dogs and burgers. I (safely) made a u-turn, parked, and headed inside. It's a typical convenience store with sundry items on the right and a large grill, counter, and hot bar on the left. It was 10:40 and I wasn't sure if I could get lunch yet. I was aimlessly staring at the menu when the women behind the counter asks, "You want lunch?" She read my mind. I ordered the hot dog combo that came with a canned drink and 3 potato wedges. The hot dogs here usually come with chili, onions, mustard, and ketchup. I asked for no onions and she confirmed with me no fewer than three times, "No Onions?" I appreciated that. I took my meal out to the car and enjoyed. Everything was hot and the chili had great flavor. While it may be sacrilegious, I enjoy ketchup on my hot dog every now and then. The wedges were perfection - crispy outside and soft inside. I wish they were seasoned a bit more. The other things on the hot bar looked awesome, especially the meatloaf and meatballs. I want to go back here!
