He designed the etching that I wanted very smoothly and knowledgeably. He told me it would be a few days to get it back to me, but actually decided he didn't want me to have to come back so he went ahead and got it completed for me while I was there. He even allowed me to go back and watch the process of the laser etching which was probably the best part of the whole thing. The finished product came out amazing.
