I wanted to cut my hair a bit shorter, and Ashley took her time to not cut off too much at once and made sure I was still happy with the length. After a couple trims all around, I took almost 4 inches off. I'm so happy with how much lighter my hair feels, and the cut and layering looks great! Ashley also took time to put in some nice curls for style, and gave my make-up a touch-up at the end of our appointment. The salon is very clean and is in a great location downtown. I'm interested to go back next time to get a pedicure and manicure as well. Refreshments are offered at the beginning of appointments. The salon uses Davines products for hair care, which are all-natural and smell great. I purchased the Oi All In One Hair Milk that is great for heat protection and blow-drying. Would highly recommend this salon!

The conversation went like this: Woman who answers the phone: "We do when we have time." Me: "Do you know if you have any openings today?" Woman: ::noncommittal silence:: Me: "All I need is a trim." Woman: "We don't have any time today. I have a benefit to be at already, and I'm the only one left. Bye." Hangs up. To me, if you don't even have the business sense to ask a potential customer if maybe they would life to make an appointment for the next business day, make sure that's all they needed, or say "thank you for calling", I won't even bother going here. I don't need a person with no manners to cut my hair. Next time, don't even bother answering the phone if you don't want to interact with a customer.

Danielle trains newer stylists and they treat you like friends - it is absolutely excellent. Just this week I got into a hair jam with my vacation schedule and Connie stayed late on Friday to give me a full service haircut in the most generous and kind way, ever. I was embarrassed but Connie was so positive and confident that she could help me and not to feel bad as it' happens more often then I realize. Connie made a plan for me and I just had my haircut with her it looks good now I go back for my color fix and I am excited. Connie was easy going and explained everything before she cut my hair. She also gives fantastic shampoos with a head massage! Great clean salon, all staff was all friendly too I highly recommend
