Do not patronize this business. Last year had paid Covid tests scheduled to leave the country. The results were delayed so used the free government drive through option. Got the results next day. Didn't get results from genesis until we were already in the other country. Mind you we paid for these tests. Fast forward to this year. I had the omicron variant and had just taken a road trip with my four kids. I registered them for the rapid tests. When I arrived, they changed my kids test to the pcr. Might as well been at gun point because they took away my option to get the test I signed up for even though I had a positive result. 7 days later after not receiving the results they assured me would be available next day, I contacted them via email and they sent me one of my children's results and results for two other people that I don't even know. Clearly a hipaa violation. And I know they are billing my insurance for results I never got. Research other options. Save your time and sanity. read more

Rude and unprofessional staff. I went at noon but did not know they closed for lunch (nothing stated this online or at the location) so I called and the young lady said to come back at 1:15 p.m. When I arrived back, one young lady said they would come to get me. They proceeded to let 4 others in ahead of me. When I got out of my car to talk with the older lady, she was incredibly rude and said that the lady I spoke to was in New York and had no idea what they were doing. She purposely pulled patients in ahead of me because I said I had been waiting since noon. The only pleasant one was the first young lady that had told me to wait in my car. I hope I never have to use their services again. No reason for them to be so ill to people. read more
