Food here was amazing, and the service? Even better. The food is great, but it can be slow on some days. But on a good day, it's amazing. The highlights include: pizza day, anything with burgers, anything with chicken, and ESPECIALLY the breakfast. Breakfast is what propels this place, it's just a chill place where you can go and hang out with your friends and have some good breakfast, Mon-Fri. Highlights at breakfast include: cinnamon rolls. The service is also really good. They have specialized workers that take care of everything, from your trash, to cleaning, to even teaching you how to play a trumpet and y=mx+b. This school is not good miss Croft has -10000 aura. She was really mean to all kids and made little mini Mes so when kids went to the high school they were all not so Skibidi because of her. If you are planning on going to this school DONT join choir or be associated with the choir kids cause they have -100000000 aura and they don't have gyatts. read more

One of the most traumatizing experiences of my life. Almost everyone from the counselors to the teachers to the kids were elitist and abusive (even to the favorites). I lost count of how many times I was verbally and physically abused with absolutely no response. I lost count of the abuse I witnessed and the abuse stories that were described to me. I transferred to this school system at the beginning of middle school. I went from being happy, successful and high achieving to mentally destroyed. My anxieties exploded, my social skills, my ability to learn and pursue my goals, even beyond high school, were completely disabled. I still suffer to this day from the impact this school system had on me. They love to sweep things under the rug so they can keep looking shiny and perfect. But the truth is, if you aren't an athlete or adding to their clout, you are treated like absolute worthless garbage (especially if god forbid you are poor). One of the only black families in town suffered repeated racist attacks on their home, in an attempt to scare them out of town. The first time we got two black inner-city transfer kids in highschool they were repeatedly treated like criminals, getting written up left and right for pretty much breathing, until they left. But Geneseo "isn't racist". It's a small town with a church on every corner, everyone is white, everyone knows each other or is related, and everyone loves football. If you don't fall into that demographic, good luck. They are incapable of firing abusive teachers (except for that one gymnastics coach, which is funny because they received complaints for years that Mr. Shoemaker was recording video of girls' chests when they were doing pushups and did all kinds of leery creepy stuff and he was never investigated or let go). They are incapable of teaching even some of the most intellectually talented kids I've ever met because the environment that they breed is so toxic. The only kids that stay here after graduation are the ones who have lots of family there and have given up. So many kids that I knew turned to drugs in high school to numb the pain of having to go here, and instead of receiving help or compassion they were scapegoated for any problems in the system and most often pushed out all together. This place has perfected the art of breaking you and making you feel like it's your own fault for not fitting in. For the love of God and all that is holy, DO NOT put your child(ren) in this school system. I'm going to say one thing, that Mr. Hall (English), Mr. Harrington (Social Studies), Mrs. Brewer (Social Studies), the remedial math teacher (sorry I can't remember your name/retired now), Mr. Green (Theatre), Mrs. Mattie (French/Spanish), Mrs. McGee (Homeroom), Mrs. Z (P.E.), Coach Johnsen (Wellness), Mr. Stahl (Ag/FFA), Mr. Thurman (Science), and beloved RIP Mr. Schoon (Science) were some of the only decent human beings in that place. If it weren't for their kindness and passion for learning, I probably would have "checked out" before graduation. read more

The food is literal trash. The teachers are aight. I don't like it. 10/10 students don't go back after graduating, so that's good enough proof that they are no good. You will see in the attached image that I am the victim to bullying. It's sad to see that something like that could happen at a place like this, thinking you live in good Christian suburbs and all. read more

I'm gonna say a few things. My whole family has been to this school district. From my mother and father to my cousins. Not one of them like this place. The physical education teachers only care about you if you're athletic. Most students there aren't enjoyable to be around myself included. Pretty much if you aren't athletic it feels like you're nothing to this place. Anyone I have talked to about this has agreed. I'd give it a 0/5 if I could I just don't like this place. read more
