The owner will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. My niece wasn't going to be able to take drivers Ed until the last quarter of her junior year which was over a year out and she was so bummed. We were recommended to Skiles, gave them a call and they explained EVERYTHING answered all of my questions and had her in the next class... she really enjoyed her classes and driving time. Happy to say as of two days ago she is now a LICENSED DRIVER thanks to Skiles. If you are in need of anything when it comes to your drivers license. I HIGHLY recommend SKILES DRIVING SCHOOL IN EAST MOLINE. You will not be disappointed.

This college looks impressive on paper and during campus tours, which is exactly why my child chose…read moreto attend. Unfortunately, the reality was very different and the decision turned out to be a major mistake. Students are treated more like high schoolers than college adults, with policies and oversight that feel controlling and out of step with what most families expect from a university. The most alarming issue, however, is how the school appears to handle rape and sexual assault. From what we witnessed, the system seems to protect perpetrators far more than it protects victims. Individuals accused of serious misconduct appear to face minimal consequences, while victims can feel ignored, blamed, or even vilified for speaking up. That kind of environment discourages reporting and raises serious concerns about student safety. Drugs and alcohol are also clearly present on campus, yet the systems meant to monitor and address these problems seem ineffective. We did ask questions about safety and student well-being before enrolling and, unfortunately, believed the reassurances we were given. In hindsight, the reality did not match the rhetoric. Overall, the college does a very good job marketing itself and creating a positive first impression. Unfortunately, our experience suggests that the reality behind the brochures is far less reassuring. Families considering this school should ask difficult questions about student safety, accountability, and how serious incidents are actually handled.

Fantastiska! For…read moreyears I've been searching for a place that would house all of my Swedish Immigration Research needs, and now I can safely say that the search is over! There is so much information at your fingertips here that you'll never need to go to another place again! The library, the internet, Target. . .all of these have been rendered obsolete by the meticulous records and comprehensive books found at the SSWIRC. Need to know how many Swedish Immigrants entered America in 1923? Come on down! Got a really, really specific report about Swedish immigrants due in like 10 hours? They'll help ya! Having trouble locating Sweden on a map? Not a problem for this staff! And that's one of the best parts, too: the staff. They are so helpful and know literally everything about Swedish Immigration. Go on, ask them to name every Swedish immigrant ever and then marvel as they begin rattling off every name, from Andruws Aaker all the way to Zergei Zetterburg! Respektingivande! One time, I had a flat tire in front of the SSWIRC building and two members of the staff rushed outside and changed it for me. No jack, no tools. Just lifted the car up and swapped the tire out, all while singing Swedish immigration folk songs. These guys will go the extra kilometer! I swear to God that this place is awesome. I go there at least twice a week, and I live in Tirane, Albania! I am going to go broke constantly visiting this museum, but I will do it in style. Tre skål för den SSWIRC!!!
